Conformity to Description
When purchasing from 9interiors, the purchaser accepts that our products are handcrafted from natural materials. While we make every effort to conform to the description, slight variations in size, shape, and finish may occur. We cannot control natural irregularities in the colour, grain, or texture of our exotic wood products.
Sales
Custom quotations and invoices are issued in EUR. All pricing excludes any duties or taxes which may be applied upon entry into your country. Quotations are valid for 30 days. A quotation is not a binding obligation to sell the goods specified.
Invoices are valid for 7 days. Production and lead times begin only upon receipt of payment. Payment in full is required. Once an order has entered production, any payments made are non-refundable.
Once payment is received, your order will be processed. 9interiors requires all design details to be finalised at the quotation stage. If changes are requested after the invoice is raised, there is no guarantee they can be made. These sales terms apply to the person named on the quotation or invoice. These terms must be accepted for an order to be processed.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Orders are final once the invoice payment has been made. As all of our pieces are bespoke and made to order, we do not provide refunds for changes of mind or incorrect decisions.
Inspection of all goods is required upon delivery. You must notify us in writing of any damages, shortages, or inconsistencies within three business days of receiving the goods and prior to any installation.
If damage has occurred during shipping, you must notify 9interiors in writing. Please include photos of the piece, the packaging, and any evidence of mishandling by the carrier. Insurance claims must be submitted within 48 hours, so we may have to decline claims made after this period.
9interiors will not be liable for any claims arising from delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for issues caused by improper installation, site conditions, or incorrect cleaning. Please refer to our furniture care guidelines.
If a return is agreed by both parties, you must return the goods in their original condition and original sealed packaging to our warehouse. You are responsible for any damage incurred during the return transit, and any resulting costs must be paid within 48 hours of notification.
